Our industrial mechatronics system/manufacturing system/modular production is the basis of advanced manufacturing technology which is consist of : 3sets of process stations (Distributing/conveyor station, Assembly station and Sorting/testing station) and 1set of storage station. (each station can be used individually or combined with other configuration).

    Our SR-1500 is a set of teaching system which is complete, flexible, modular and extensible. Its development and manufacturing are according to the practical level of the students, from simple to complex, from parts to whole. It uses aluminum structure as the basic operating platform of the system, and ended with flexible manufacturing system which is modern assembly process by a variety of mechanical drive simulation. It fully demonstrates the electrical control part of the actual industrial production, a variety of sensors, configuration control and Industrial bus of modern production in the system. It included complex technology and highly automated system that organically combine the microelectronics, computer information technology, control technology, machinery manufacturing and system engineering. Flexible manufacturing technology is the primary which means makes the modern machinery manufacturing fit into the market dynamic requirements and continual and also fast update of the products. The process stations it self consist of : a. Distributing/conveyor station b. Assembly station c. Sorting / testing station This industrial mechatronic system is developed on the basis of SIEMENS industrial automation PLC control system such as: PLC control package with S7-1500 series, RFID System, Touch PC (industrial touch screen display) and simulation with USB easyport connections. it is a comprehensive training platform which is developed for advanced education and scientific research institutions, and it applies to the comprehensive application of technician who are dedicated in teaching and relevant profession in the mechatronics, networking, systematic, advanced manufacturing industry of various institutions of higher education. The control software consist of : simulation training and TIA (Totally Integrated Automation) portal (bundle set) configuration training, Web based for PLC programming training and GrafCet training.
    It can learn the extraction process and enrichment on industrial equipments, and makes special design for training teaching activities, combines photo electric sensor, machines, electricity, pneumatic and hydraulic organically. The system can not only be used as training system of automation and network, but also can construct network platform by combined with subsystem, and make expand use in it.

    I.Product overview
    This system can simulate solar energy generation process, enable students to understand on photovoltaic generation system directly, and be familiar with grid connection training equipment composition and run principle.
    II.Technical data
    Solar energy generation set: consist of whole aluminum structure, photovoltaic adjustable panel(can adjust angle), with universal wheels under the bottom of aluminum frame, so it’s movable, and
    with lockers to fix the position. External dimension: 1500×800×1000mm(Length× Width× Height)

    This system consist of three independent photovoltaic generation system connect in parallel, each generation system parallel value can be monitored by PC, to real time display electricity generation
    value, generation time, max peak value etc.
    1.Solar panel use aluminum holder to fix, with universal wheels under the holder, it’s flexible and can be locked by locker, solar panel angle can be adjusted.
    2. Grid connection inverter is fixed on solar panel holder, through cable to connect, convert solar panel electricity to work frequency 220V AC electricity, and connect to market electricity.
    3.Through communication module, can monitor electricity data in each inverter, and display in PC in real time, it’s easy for management, and support Ethernet monitor.
