1.1. Small wind power system

Wind turbine with 3-phase induction motor for wind simulation, mounted on a supporting base Technical data :

– Wind simulation motor: P max. 1kW

– Small wind turbine: max. 150W/12V DC

– Connecting lines with system plugs

The small wind power system can easily be integrated in other DC off-grid systems.

1.2. Wind Power Board

for controlling the induction motor on the Small Wind Power System To connect the wind turbine, a diversion load controller is integrated providing a display for configuration and diagnostics of the system.

A system software furnishes the values for wind speed, rotating speed, power and torque.

The Battery Board is provided with a maintenance-free, sealed lead gel battery.

1.4. Low Voltage Consumer Board Experimenting Board in A4 format

The Board is mounted with three common consumers of a PV off-grid system for experimental comparison of their power input and energy consumption.

– Compact fluorescent lamp 12V DC, 7W Operating voltage: 12V DC

All connections via 4mm safety sockets Design :

Board with photorealistic, four-colour front panel design. Coloured lines according to colour code. A special coating makes the panel surface scratch-proof. Didactic standard labelling with operating instructions and connection possibilities facilitate commissioning by the user.

  • Off-Grid Inverter Board Experimenting Board in A4 format

The Board is provided with a galvanically isolated inverter which converts 12V DC voltage into sine-wave AC voltage

of 230V/50Hz allowing to operate even sensitive electric devices.

A single-phase power meter integrated on the AC side monitors the electric parameters.
