1 Equipment introduction
1.1 Overview
The flat-panel solar collector is made of all copper, and the heat-absorbing coating adopts blue coating and black chrome technology. The heat-absorbing element of the flat-panel solar collector is a metal heat-absorbing plate (usually copper or aluminum). The surface of the heat-absorbing plate is a solar selective absorption coating. The middle of the heat-absorbing plate is a medium flow channel, which is composed of several heat-absorbing sheets. The collector is welded with plates and upper and lower collector tubes, and the metal frame and back insulation material are made of high-transmittance glass.
Each square collector plate of a flat-panel solar collector can replace 150kg of coal, equivalent to 147kwh, collect about 80kg of hot water per square meter, and maintain the temperature at about 50°C.
It adopts dual circulation mode, is easy to scale, can discharge sewage, will not burst pipes, and is not afraid of hail.
The outer cover has a protective layer of tempered glass that can withstand pressure.
The collector has an adjustable collector tilt angle and has a selective absorption coating.
Also includes a circulation station for water pumps, expansion tanks and safety valve measuring instruments.
1.2 Features
(1) The main structure is made of aluminum profiles and plastic-sprayed steel plates, which has high structural strength and strong corrosion resistance.
(2) The bottom is equipped with universal wheels for easy movement.
(3) The trainer has a good safety protection system.
