1.1 Overview
This training system simulate demo wind generate electricity process, it enable
students to learn wind generate electricity. Wind driven generator is driven by fan. This
trainer cultivate students hand on ability, it’s suitable for engineering university, training
institute, technical schools.
1.2 Feature
(1)This trainer use aluminum column structure, with inner integrated measurement meters, there is universal wheels at the bottom, it’s easy to move.
(2) It can do many experiment circuit and components, students can combine them to
different circuit, do different experiments and training content.
(3) Training workbench with safety protection system.
2. Performance parameter
(1) Wind power generation set: wind power generation is consisted of fan unit and air-blower unit, it adopts aluminum profile structure, the bottom of equipment is with universal wheels, the boundary dimension of fan unit is 800mm*800mm*1500mm(length× width× height), the boundary dimension of air-blower is 800mm*800mm*1500mm(length× width× height).
(2) Power box unit: aluminum profile structure, aluminum hanging box , boundary dimension 1080mm×300mm×740mm(length× width× height).

This system is consisted of four parts: wind power system, control system and inverter system. The wind power system is consisted of air-blower, generator and battery. Control system is made up of wind power generation controller. Inverter system is made up of frequency inverter and load unit.
Simulative wind power generator, this system adopts horizontal shaft permanent magnet synchronous generator, it adopts air-blower to simulate natural wind, air-blower can select three wind speed, this system can simulate the change of wind direction and wind power through changing the speed and location of air-blower, then it can detect the generation effect under the corresponding condition. As shown above, the left picture is wind power generator, the wind power generator output is three phases AC 12V, output terminal connect to the connection box which located in the underneath of equipment. Right picture is air-blower unit, its power supply is single phase AC 220V，50Hz, when it working, connect the pedestal of two portion together through profile connecting rod. As shown below.

Ⅱ. System Introduction
The system is divided into photovoltaic power generation system, control system and inverter system three parts, photovoltaic power generation system consists of analog light source devices, photovoltaic solar panels and storage batteries. The control system consists of photovoltaic controller. Inverter system consists of frequency inverter and the load unit.
1. Simulation photovoltaic power generation system: The system uses two 30W solar panels, they can be connected in series or in parallel depending on different system voltage, simulation sunlight device consists of two high-power metal halides, the relative position to photovoltaic panels can be adjusted to simulate sunlight location, it is convenient to simulate demonstration of various sunshine conditions.
2. Storage batteries: consists of four piece of 12V / 12AH maintenance-free sealed accumulators, they not only can be connected in parallel to 12V48AH system to use, but also can be connected in series to 24V / 24AH system to use, which can deepen understanding of the accumulators connected in series and parallel.
3. Controller hanging box: the box uses industrial charge controller, you can control the power of wind generators and photovoltaic panels to charge the battery, LCD display panel, and you can view the system operating parameters and can set user parameters yourselves, with perfect anti-overcharge, over-current protection function.
4. Inverter hanging box: uses 12V / 24V voltage intelligent recognition frequency inverter, output voltage AC220V, continuous power 600W, peak power 1000W. Conversion efficiency is greater than 90%, the low pressure automatic alarm.
5. Meter hanging box: can display generating voltage, generating current, charging voltage, charging current, inverter voltage, inverter current in real-time.
6. Terminal load hanging box: includes incandescent lamps, energy saving lamps and axial flow fans, and does different types of load tests for 220V AC converted by the inverter.

2. 3. Battery set: it is consist of two pieces of 12V/12AH maintenance-free no-service battery, it also can connect in parallel as 12V200AH system, it also can connect in series as 24V/100AH system, it can enhance the understanding of battery series and parallel connection. Battery integrated in the internal of power box, battery output terminal connect to power box panel. In the picture, 1 and 2 are the battery output portion, it output through red and black terminal.Power box battery
4. Controller hanging box: this hanging box adopts industrial charge controller, it can control the electric power of wind power generator photovoltaic panel to charge for the battery, panel indicator light display the controller working condition, it can check the system operation parameter, and operator can set the parameter by himself, and it has thorough overcharge protection, overcurrent protection function. Controller hanging box as shown below.
In the picture, terminal 1 and 2 are battery incoming end, battery can be series and parallel connected in it, input voltage is 12V or 24V.
Terminal 3 and 6 are fuse. Terminal 4 and 5 are controller output terminal, ( attention: controller output terminal is unable to connect to high-power electrical machine).

(1) Controller operation matters and attention
a. Strictly prohibit inversely connect the photovoltaic module and battery
b. Strictly prohibit photovltaic module and battery direct short circuit
c. Strictly prohibit electromotor drive the generator, DC motor, switch power supply and other mode to simulate the wind power generator to carry out charging effect detection, if it cause the damage of controller because of it, manufacture don’t responsible for it.
d. Before connect to battery, please measure the battery voltage using multimeter, in order to make sure the voltage exceed the 80% of rated voltage. If the voltage under the 80% of rated voltage, it may damage the controller.
e. If it is 12 V system, battery voltage should not lower than 9V.
f. If it is 24V system, battery voltage should not lower than 18V.
g. The open-circuit voltage of photovoltaic module is not higher than the double times of battery set voltage.
h. The working voltage of photovoltaic module not lower than the 1.5 times of battery voltage.

This system consist of three independent photovoltaic generation system connect in parallel, each generation system parallel value can be monitored by PC, to real time display electricity generation

1.Solar panel use aluminum holder to fix, with universal wheels under the holder, it’s flexible and can be locked by locker, solar panel angle can be adjusted.
2. Grid connection inverter is fixed on solar panel holder, through cable to connect, convert solar panel electricity to work frequency 220V AC electricity, and connect to market electricity.

1 Product overview
1.1 Overview
This system can simulate the process of solar power generation, so that the students have a preliminary understanding of photovoltaic power generation systems, be familiar with the composition of photovoltaic power generation off-grid system, connection and operating principle. Training the student to the corresponding knowledge and skills, it is suitable for the engineering university, higher vocational colleges, secondary vocational schools and vocational school related professional teaching and skills training examination.
1.2 Feature
(1) Training workbench uses aluminum column frame structure, measuring instrument and load module use hanging box installation, training power supply built-in integrated installation, with a universal wheel at the bottom of workbench, the various units are flexible, it’s easy to use, not easy to damage.
(2) Solar panels using aluminum frame fix, can adjust the angle of the solar panels according to the angle of the sun’s rays, the bottom is equipped with universal wheel, it is flexible to move, and convenient to use.

1.3 Capacity

1.4 System introduction
The whole system can be divided into hardware and software two parts. Photovoltaic off-grid system consist of photovoltaic components, controller/inverter, mains supply (city electricity network). Photovoltaic off-grid system structure is as follows:
Hardware part contains three independent photovoltaic power generation system, off-grid inverter, power box, meter box, hanging load box, etc., three photovoltaic panels connect in parallel, connect to off-grid inverter via hotovoltaic (pv) interface,measure system parameters.
1. Solar panel with aluminum bracket, the bottom is equipped with universal wheel, is flexible mobile and can be locked, solar elevation angle is adjustable.
2. Off-grid inverter is fixed in the training workbench desktop, through the cable connection and convert electricity from solar panels to power frequency 220 v alternating current (AC), for the use of the load.
Software part is composed of PC software and data communication cable, PC monitoring software can real-time monitor the working state of the photovoltaic off-grid inverter system, the input voltage, output voltage, battery voltage, load rate, battery capacity, the output work power, such as real-time data.
