  1. Product Overview

1.1 Product Introduction

The stirred tank is connected in series by three continuous stirred tank reactors. Their conversion rate is higher than that of a single stirred tank reactor. The mixing tanks are used in series, and the temperature and residence time of a single reactor can be flexibly controlled by a peristaltic pump.

In the continuous three-stage operation, the reactants are delivered to the first reactor by the two pumps of the supply unit, and the agitator uniformly mixes the reactants, thereby increasing the direct contact of the reactants, and the products are generated by the reaction of the reactants. The mixture of product and unconverted reactants leaves the reactor by overflow and is then transferred to a second reactor by a peristaltic pump. After completing the third reaction, the transportation takes place in a storage tank of the supply unit.

1.6 Precautions (operating conditions)

Before the power-on experiment, check the pipeline for blockages and debris, and conduct the power-on experiment after cleaning.

During the experiment, the reactor should be cooled with cold water to prevent the reactor from overheating.

The experimental device should detect the reactor temperature from time to time during the experiment. When the temperature exceeds 80°C, the experiment should be stopped.
