This product introduces students to the fundamentals of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC). It covers the components used in HVAC systems and teaches the skills needed to work in the HVAC field. Throughout the activity, students will gain practical knowledge on how to install, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC systems. They are familiar with various HVAC systems.

The devices in this range are designed for complete modularity. It can be used to implement many types of HVAC systems and circuits. The device uses residential, industrial and commercial equipment. This provides students with an experience as close as possible to real work in the HVAC field.

 The building HVAC control training system is modular, allowing multiple DDC configurations to be implemented. The following modules are required to complete the exercises in this manual: Power Supply, Transformer, Programmable Controller, Temperature Sensor, Supervisory Controller, and HVAC Layout. Each of these modules is described below.

The power supply and transformer module powers all other modules. Power is supplied from the local AC network to the transformer, supervisory controller, and HVAC layout, while the transformer provides 24 V AC power to the programmable controller.

The HVAC layout is the heart of the system; it simulates building infrastructure (ducts, sensors, heaters, etc.) and allows for changes in environmental variables such as air temperature and pressure. The remaining modules are programmable controllers, a temperature sensor, and a supervisory controller.
