I. Product Overview
This training equipment is designed to make students understand basic structure and working principle of domestic 2-door refrigerator, and learn operation method of domestic refrigerator.
II. Product feature
The training bench takes aluminum frame structure, it is concise and fastness, it is not only to lighten the equipment, but also ensure the strength of equipment, it is equipped with 4 universal casters on its bottom, which is easy to move.
The refrigeration circulation pipeline is laid on installation panel, it is painted with different colors on high and low temperature area, which is easy for observation and distinguish.
The equipment is fitted with good safety protection system. It is equipped with high-low pressure protection switch in refrigerating cycle, when system pressure is abnormal, the compressor can stop work immediately to protect compressor and system. It is equipped with earth leakage circuit breaker, emergency stop and reliable ground protection in electrical circuit, which is to ensure safety of equipment and personal.

3. System introduction
This system is consisted of four parts: photovoltaic power generation system, control system and inverter system. The photovoltaic power system is consisted of photovoltaic cell panel and battery. Control system is made up of solar power generation controller. Inverter system is made up of frequency inverter and load unit.
1. Simulative photovoltaic power generation system: this system adopts three pieces of 18V,20W solar panel, it can carry out series and parallel connection according to different system voltage, it can simulate the sunlight location through adjusting the relative location with photovoltaic panel, then it’s easy to simulate demonstration of various sunlight condition. The output of photovoltaic cell panel connect to connecting box which located in the rear of device, output it through safety terminal. 1.4 System introduction
The whole system can be divided into hardware and software two parts. Photovoltaic off-grid system consist of photovoltaic components, controller/inverter, mains supply (city electricity network). Photovoltaic off-grid system structure is as follows:
Hardware part contains three independent photovoltaic power generation system, off-grid inverter, power box, meter box, hanging load box, etc., three photovoltaic panels connect in parallel, connect to off-grid inverter via hotovoltaic (pv) interface,measure system parameters.
1. Solar panel with aluminum bracket, the bottom is equipped with universal wheel, is flexible mobile and can be locked, solar elevation angle is adjustable.
2. Off-grid inverter is fixed in the training workbench desktop, through the cable connection and convert electricity from solar panels to power frequency 220 v alternating current (AC), for the use of the load.
