ZM6315 TRAINING SIMULATOR FOR FAILURE OF REFRIGERATION SYSTEMS Educational Equipment Refrigeration Lab Equipment

  • Demonstration of a multi-evaporator system operating at various temperatures
  • Includes 25 typical purlins each operated by a push button
  • Allows you to do practical work for detecting and locating faults
  • Familiarization of students with three-phase networks.

General description

The 811 fault simulation training bench is a fully operational refrigeration system equipped with two visible evaporators simulating a positive and negative cold room, operating from a single semi-hermetic compressor-condenser group.

The bench is fully fabricated from standard commercial components, including all primary and safety controls, and will provide students with hands-on experience in adjusting and troubleshooting a three-phase multi-evaporator refrigeration system.

A combination of 25 different faults on the refrigeration circuit and the electrical circuit

can be simulated by the trainer, allowing students to study both normal and abnormal operating conditions. The purlins that can be created are

  • Fault in the compressor valve
  • Anomaly of the oil separator
  • Overload
  • Under charge
  • Leakage of the non-return valve
  • Anomaly of the evaporator pressure regulator
  • Thermostatic expansion valve not working – evaporator freezer
  • Anomaly of the thermostatic expansion valve – freezer evaporator
  • Thermostatic expansion valve not working – evaporator cold room for refrigeration
  • Anomaly of the thermostatic expansion valve – evaporator cold room freezing
  • Evaporator suction line of the positive cold room – frosted
  • Evaporator suction line of the positive cold room – frosted
  • Restriction of the filter drier
  • Discharge pressure anomaly
  • Malfunction of the hot gas defrosting system
  • Suction pressure too low – decreasing the capacity of the evaporator
  • Suction pressure too high
  • Anomaly on one phase
  • Anomaly on two phases
  • One set of branch contacts (motor overload protection)
  • Two sets of branch contacts (motor overload protection)
  • Thermal overload protection of the motor switch box
  • Coil fault – motor protection – starter box
  • Thermostatic anomaly – freezing chamber – does not work
  • Thermostatic anomaly – refrigeration chamber – does not work

The 811 training bench is one of a range of training devices designed to provide hands-on training in the areas of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. Each teaching material has been carefully designed to provide training in specific areas that students must study in most courses on Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.

On the bench 811, all the standard elements are visible, mounted on a steel frame with stainless steel panels. ^ instrumentation includes; measurement of condensing, evaporation and suction pressures, mechanical and digital temperature measurement, a digital multimeter, The system

includes a reversible gas defrosting system, an anti-liquid blow bottle, an oil separator, variable speed fans for the evaporator and the condenser. Faults generated by the trainer are caused by integrated components that are hidden from students.
