1.1 Overview
ZT0018 is one of the different heat exchanger designs of the experimental bench. The experimental part is a teaching module for studying the heat transfer performance of plate heat exchangers. During the experiment, ZT0018 is connected to ZT0017 for testing. The plate heat exchanger is welded by two special-shaped plates and has two separate flow channels. When the cold and hot water flows through, part of the heat energy of the hot water is transferred to the cold water. The valve on the water supply device is used to adjust the cold and heat. The flow of water, the quick connector can adjust the flow direction of water, and meet the heat exchange design of different flow directions such as countercurrent and downstream. The temperature sensors at the inlet and outlet respectively set the temperature to record the temperature of each point of the loop, and the measured value is directly displayed on the display. You can also use the data acquisition software to record the data for further processing and calculate other physical parameters such as heat transfer coefficient.
