I.Product overview
This product is used to study solar properties in depth and to perform supporting experiments. It consists of a training model and a test box. The training model consists of a monocrystalline silicon solar panel and an analog light source. All units are modular and open for easy and clear operation. It is convenient for students to conduct various tests related to solar energy.
II.Product feature
The product consists of a training model and a test box, modular design, and an analog light source. Experiments can also be carried out indoors. The test box is made of thick aluminum alloy frame and epoxy resin board, which has high compressive strength and good insulation performance. The test box uses an integrated design to reduce the size and weight of the device and facilitate movement. The distance between the training module solar panel and the analog light source is adjustable, which is convenient for students to test the characteristics of the solar panel. All instruments use digital display instruments, which can more easily and accurately obtain experimental data and complete experiments.

This training system simulate demo wind generate electricity process, it enable
students to learn wind generate electricity. Wind driven generator is driven by fan. This
trainer cultivate students hand on ability, it’s suitable for engineering university, training
institute, technical schools.

(1)This trainer use aluminum column structure, with inner integrated measurement meters, there is universal wheels at the bottom, it’s easy to move.

This system is consisted of four parts: wind power system, control system and inverter system. The wind power system is consisted of air-blower, generator and battery. Control system is made up of wind power generation controller. Inverter system is made up of frequency inverter and load unit.
Simulative wind power generator, this system adopts horizontal shaft permanent magnet synchronous generator, it adopts air-blower to simulate natural wind, air-blower can select three wind speed, this system can simulate the change of wind direction and wind power through changing the speed and location of air-blower, then it can detect the generation effect under the corresponding condition. As shown above, the left picture is wind power generator, the wind power generator output is three phases AC 12V, output terminal connect to the connection box which located in the underneath of equipment. Right picture is air-blower unit, its power supply is single phase AC 220V,50Hz, when it working, connect the pedestal of two portion together through profile connecting rod. As shown below.

Ⅱ. System Introduction
The system is divided into photovoltaic power generation system, control system and inverter system three parts, photovoltaic power generation system consists of analog light source devices, photovoltaic solar panels and storage batteries. The control system consists of photovoltaic controller. Inverter system consists of frequency inverter and the load unit.
1. Simulation photovoltaic power generation system: The system uses two 30W solar panels, they can be connected in series or in parallel depending on different system voltage, simulation sunlight device consists of two high-power metal halides, the relative position to photovoltaic panels can be adjusted to simulate sunlight location, it is convenient to simulate demonstration of various sunshine conditions.
2. Storage batteries: consists of four piece of 12V / 12AH maintenance-free sealed accumulators, they not only can be connected in parallel to 12V48AH system to use, but also can be connected in series to 24V / 24AH system to use, which can deepen understanding of the accumulators connected in series and parallel.
3. Controller hanging box: the box uses industrial charge controller, you can control the power of wind generators and photovoltaic panels to charge the battery, LCD display panel, and you can view the system operating parameters and can set user parameters yourselves, with perfect anti-overcharge, over-current protection function.
4. Inverter hanging box: uses 12V / 24V voltage intelligent recognition frequency inverter, output voltage AC220V, continuous power 600W, peak power 1000W. Conversion efficiency is greater than 90%, the low pressure automatic alarm.
5. Meter hanging box: can display generating voltage, generating current, charging voltage, charging current, inverter voltage, inverter current in real-time.
6. Terminal load hanging box: includes incandescent lamps, energy saving lamps and axial flow fans, and does different types of load tests for 220V AC converted by the inverter.

1.4 System introduction
The whole system can be divided into hardware and software two parts. Photovoltaic off-grid system consist of photovoltaic components, controller/inverter, mains supply (city electricity network). Photovoltaic off-grid system structure is as follows:
Hardware part contains three independent photovoltaic power generation system, off-grid inverter, power box, meter box, hanging load box, etc., three photovoltaic panels connect in parallel, connect to off-grid inverter via hotovoltaic (pv) interface,measure system parameters.
1. Solar panel with aluminum bracket, the bottom is equipped with universal wheel, is flexible mobile and can be locked, solar elevation angle is adjustable.
2. Off-grid inverter is fixed in the training workbench desktop, through the cable connection and convert electricity from solar panels to power frequency 220 v alternating current (AC), for the use of the load.
